Board Duties:
Vice-President


General Description

The Vice-President acts in the capacity of the President when the chapter President is unable to fulfill his/her duties. The Vice President is also delegated responsibility by the President at his/her discretion.

Term

Two year term (elected in the odd years). The Vice-President may run for up to two consecutive terms.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities


Duties for the Vice-President include, but are not limited to:  


  • Assist with the preparation of an operating budget as necessary, with the chairperson of the Ways and Means committee, for the upcoming chapter year

  • Serve as chair of the Annual ICRID Conference Committee

  • Attend all board meetings, Annual Conferences, and special meetings as necessary

  • Attend all meetings that the President is unable to attend

  • Other duties as assigned by the President
