General Description

The Member-at-Large is a representative of the ICRID body representing its’ views and intentions.

Term

Two year term. The Member-at-Large may run for additional terms with no term limit. MAL #1 & #2 are elected in even years and MAL #3 & #4 are elected in odd years.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Duties for the Member-at-Large include, but are not limited to:  

• Attend all board meetings, Annual Conferences, and special meetings as necessary

• Participate in all chapter objectives, projects, and task force activities

• Act as representative with outside organizations

• Assist Vice-President during the ICRID Annual Conference

• Serve as board liaison to the ICRID satellites and committees

• Carry out duties and responsibilities assigned by the President

• Respond to ICRID correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) in a timely manner
